Kitchen Barracks in Chatham, Kent will welcome approximately 300 new homes consisting of a range of 2,3, 4 and 5-bed houses and apartments on a 4.8-acre site.

CBR, Top Hat and Homes England have worked together collaboratively to develop this 2,3, 4 and 5-bed residential space and have already filled the first 100 units with occupants.
